First Event?

If you've never had a spa party before, you may be wondering what to expect. You will experience a time of relaxation with a unique treatment that will fit your individual needs and benefit your health. We will ask you to fill out a quick intake form regarding your medical history, past or present injuries, or other conditions that we should be aware of before your treatment/s. You will have a consultation with one of our licensed professionals where you may express your concerns. They will review your information and customize your treatment to fit your needs.

Common Questions

Must I be completely undressed?
During your massage, most techniques are performed with the client unclothed. When receiving a facial, only your top may be removed, but it is entirely up to you to undress to the level of your comfort. You will be properly draped during the entire session.

Will the therapist be present when I get undressed?
No. The therapist will leave the room while you get undressed.

Are there any medical conditions that would make massage therapy or facials a risk?
Yes. Before you begin your session, the therapist will ask general health questions. You must inform your therapist of any health problems or medications you are taking. If you are under a doctor's care, you are strongly advised to receive a written recommendation before your session.

Health Conditions

Please advise us at the time of booking your appointment of any health conditions, allergies, injuries, or special needs which may affect your service/s. For example, if you have a rash, cold sore, or any open sores on your skin, your treatment will need to be rescheduled.

Spa Etiquette

We value your business and ask that you respect the scheduling policies. Should you need to cancel or reschedule your event, please notify us one week in advance. Any cancellations with less than one week of notice are subject to a cancellation fee amounting to the cost of the scheduled event.

Payments

All major credit cards are accepted. Any gift cards, vouchers, or certificates must be mentioned at time of booking.
